From there, I’ll start searching for options & building out your custom tour itinerary!
Step Three: Time to tour!
The fun part! We get to meet and see homes that match your criteria – neighborhood, price, and timing.
If we find a winner, we’ll submit an offer! Not local yet? I provide excellent virtual tours with just as much detail as if you were in person.
Step Four: Offer accepted & moving (yay!)
Once we get word that your offer is accepted (woohoo!), we’ll plan for inspections, then it’s time to start packing.
I’ll share moving company recs to make the process as smooth as possible - and my trusted vendor list is yours!
